Doris Ann Folineo, RDH, BS
I’m originally from Northern New Jersey and began my career in dentistry at age 17 as an on-the-job trained dental assistant. I fell in love with dentistry from the start because I love people and I love working with my hands!
After moving to Southern Maryland, I graduated Magne Cum Laude from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I love helping my patients overcome their fear of dentistry, and educating them on their dental treatment options.
In my spare time, I like to read, have dinner with family and friends, and travel.
Krystal Rutledge, BS, RDH
After earning my Bachelor of Science and working many years in corporate, I started over and began my dental career as a Sterilization Technician. I eventually became a Dental/Orthodontic Assistant, then finally managed an Orthodontic Department. Becoming a Dental Hygienist was my ultimate goal.
After graduating from hygiene school, I'm more dedicated to my career and to my patients. I enjoy patient interaction, and my goal is to help patients overcome their dental anxiety.
Outside of work, I enjoy being with family and friends, reading and traveling.

I’ve always loved teeth! I wanted to become a dental hygienist when I was nine years old. After being encouraged by my teachers and completing my education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, I achieved my goal. That was more than 30 years ago, and I still love what I do! My goal is to help my patients achieve the best possible oral health and make the process an enjoyable experience.
